Gifts in Memory

When you make an In Memory donation to The Arthritis Movement, we provide you with a card to send to the bereaved family to acknowledge your gift. The card has an area for you to write words of condolence, and also lets them know that you have made a gift to us.

Many families request that guests make a gift to our charity rather than giving flowers at a funeral. If this is your preference, please complete the form below and we will send you a quantity of In Memoriam Donation Slips to have available at your loved one’s funeral.

How to inform funeral guests to donate to our organisation in lieu of flowers

If you would like friends and mourners to make a donation to our charity in lieu of flowers we suggest you include this request in your loved one’s death notice. You may consider the following wording:
